call Avery's air cooled in Kelso. See if they have any water cooled parts or know where to get them. They open at 8:30.
There is also NorthWest in Renton that specialized in Vanagons (425) 203-9210

Try Small Car Performance in Tacoma as they will probably have a few in stock and available.
