Yup, that's me. I bet you're wondering how I got myself into that situation. Well, it all started about a month ago....

My last van build was "Vincent", which was a work of art, and it was a Van that Did Go, so Vincent from Vinvent Gogh seemed to fit it just right. Here is the link my last build I was happy with.

As seasons in my life changed, the Van came and went but I wanted to build another van. There just isnt anything like a vanagon. Cool, comfy, and a canvas to do what ever you wanted to do. So I needed to find a new canvas, and get buy off from the wife. So I found quite a few vans and decided that I was going to stick with a Vanagon, but get a 86 or older, Ideally a Carat and turn it into a cozy cruiser. I love the beach, to boat and ski.

So here we are, starting another build (this is my fourth car resto) and maybe I make this the best van yet.

Let the adventures begin

Hah, that brings back memories of us kids zonked out in the back of my moms Vanagon. The drivers side jumpseat was "my seat."
