My "wood" dash has a couple cracks in it. I'd like to take it off and redo it with real wood, but it curves at the ends, so it would be hard. I've seen the new dashes before, but I can't remember the price.

I'm wondering what is under there once I take it off. Anyone have any pics of a dash nude? Are there strange holes for knobs and switches?

Any pics of what's under there would REALLY help.
I'd also like to see pics of what any of you have done as an alternative to original.

I have never seen a Baywindow dash with any wood on it, real or otherwise. Closest Ive come is the Champagne edition chocolate brown dashboard, or the Euro spec unpadded metal dash. Got a picture?
