Is there any chance someone here is close to Vermont (Burr-mont) and could check out this truck for me?

I e-mailed the seller for some additional pictures, and I got the same one that's posted in the ad. I am interested in how solid the body is, if the interior is ratted out, different options, etc. PM me if you can help.
Thanks. _________________ West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943) |

You might send a PM to "crukab" who posts here on the samba. He has a nice one and lives in Vermont I think. |

It was posted at the end of June, so I don't think it's going anywhere fast. I'd rather have a Syncro Crewcab, so I might hold out for one. The price looks very nice, though. _________________ West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943) |

Maybe that's not the one they were talking about...I've been spreading the joy of The Samba to a lot of new folks lately too, so they may have just found it...
I agree, though, syncro is the way to go...there was a jagdwagen, the hunter's special syncro crew cab, at EveryBus this year...pretty neat. _________________ <---Air Cooled Search & Rescue Team - STICKERS & T-shirts for sale!

the guy selling that is the owner of john's car corner up there. i think he has a bunch of vanagons. norman you gone on www.vanagon.com to look for any? also search for a syncro vanagon site as i know there used to be one a few years back. you may get lucky there. |
Thanks for the lead! BTW - I'm staying put on my 10 acres. There is light around the corner (no more alimony), and it just feels like the right thing to do. Now, my son and I can collect all kinds of toys! _________________ West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943) |
