I received an email with the attached picture(Last on my posted pics) the email read that it looked exactly like my engine. Any info appreciated. I'm dealing with Hurricane Sandy's aftermath and now this is going on.
P.S. email was anomyous w/ gmail extension. If your a member Thanks for Heads up.

Update and Correction The Gentleman I spoke to is from VT.(The AD was Wisconsin based however) He is looking for an engine and came across the Craigslist AD while doing a nationwide search. He told me he would be in touch if anything develops. I'm busy w/ Hurricane Sandy's aftermath here at the Jersey Shore so it may take me some time to update or read my mail.

I received phone call from a fellow Samba member livingn in Wisconsin that he has seen my engine advertised in the Local Craigslist where he lives. He is trying to relocate the Ad for me but he belives it had a Canadian Exchange for an Area Code. Please keep a lookout

Stolen 912 Engine. Please be on look-out for possible chopped up 912 engine being parted out. Matching 3 piece case #'s 87283 Engine # 830257.Engine has Euro Heaters w/ 356 type air filters w/ horns facing each other. Whereabouts unknown. Reward. See Pics
