Lifter bore clearance tool. This tool will trim the top of the lifter bores for higher lift cams in bug style blocks 19mm bores. You should have at least .050 from the cam to the lifter at full lift. This tool also cuts a small relief at the top. This tool with 3/8 hand drill without a drill press will do the job just fine. The tool has a stop plate so you can put feeler gauge under the adjustable collar to set the amount you want to cut from the top of the lifter bore. Once you have one set it will cut all the rest to the same height in about 5 min. As pictured check other picture also.
