RJE Waterboxer Vanagon cylinder head stage 2. As with our Stage 1 heads we start with brand New AMC castings. We take the valves out of the head, we recut with a true 3 angle valve job on all the seats on a seat & guide machine, unshroud the combustion chambers around the valve seats for better flow. We clean up all the flashing from the ports smooth and blend. The exhaust valves are replaced with upgraded valves. Keeper upgrade to hardened and clearance. The valves are hand lapped to the seats. Heads are cleaned & reassembled bagged And are ready out of the plastic bags to go on your engine. Stage 2 heads $895 ea. + shipping & any paypal fees. If you have any ? please email me.
