The frame fits all buses (vanagon needs a platform built over the firewall) with it's adjustable width feature. Seat padding / wood backing is not included. Assembly of the frame is required, then the frame simply bolts to the cargo bed floor.
This is the same bed other vendors sell for a lot more.

Measurements:
The seat height without cushions is approximately 330mm, the bed height is approximately 455mm and when it's extended it's approximately 1040mm long.
Adjustable width:
Minimum Width: 1m (39 3/8")
Maximum Width: 1.5m (59")
This is not a DOT rated seat. It is for sitting on while your vehicle is not in motion.
