Type I Chassis builds   Price: $
I've been doing metalwork on these cars for nearly 20 years now. Here I'm offering a full rotisserie chassis build up service, from a bare tunnel with fresh Wolfsburg West pan halves, all the way up to a turn key, add your body for a driver.

We have fixed some total piles of garbage in the past, so don't be afraid to send me pictures of yours!

Completely stock rebuilds, mild drop, super slammed or air ride chassis options too.

**!! This is for YOUR SUPPLIED CHASSIS, I don't have anything to offer outright !!**

Any 1938-1977 Standard Beetle.

***Pricing STARTS at $1,750 which includes:
Full chassis tear down, strip and prep of the pan/ tunnel itself.
Pan halves installed. (Wolfsburg or KlassicFab. Any other brand, add $400 for the extra headache...)
Seam sealed, Epoxy primed and ready for your choice of coating.

This base price is you bringing me a grimy old chassis and me making it new again. If you do some tear down and cleaning/prep, it'll cut down on this cost.

If your chassis has pan head, tunnel or Napoleon hat damage, those repairs will be extra, depending on how deep they go.

Refinishing and rebuilding your suspension components can also be discussed per build. We can do anything from completely stock, lowered on the ground, monster off roader and anything in between! I build new front adjustable beams, Air ride suspension and offer several custom build options.

Refinshed chassis with a pair of fresh wolfsburg west halves and a complete four corner adjustable drop job starts at $3,750

* Brake work will also be done per build. We can do completely stock or we can do front disc, four wheel disc, bolt pattern conversions etc...

We can also upgrade to full stainless brake lines, brake hoses, fuel line, and all chassis hardware for an added costs.

Drop me an email at [email protected], we can determine what route is best for you!
