These flaps are 100% brand new, made by Awesome Powdercoat LLC in Ohio, USA.
This picture is of a pre-production prototype, details include:
flaps are laser cut from 22 gauge steel, ribs are rolled and the then fixture bent.
tube is 6mm diameter, fixture bent, with alignment ring and cable attachment brazed on
production spring will be exact reproduction of factory spring
saddle bearings are 3D printed plastic
link clip is 3.2mm steel rod
large flap pin clips and link mounts are 3D printed carbon fiber reinforced plastic
all finished in satin black powdercoat (other colors available)
list price is going to be $150 + $15 shipping to the lower 48 states.
