Made by VW. We have 4 of these. The parts might be NOS because they came with a bunch of NOS parts and are very clean looking except for corrosion on the spade. They are stamped "A.Pierburg KG Germany 7.12945.11 6V 9242 VW". The part number is 111-129-413a

This part comes from a stock room of an auto repair shop. The store quit doing VW repair decades ago and this has sat on the shelf collecting dust. As with all things VW, some assembly required.
