I had a batch made up out of chromoly because the one in my standard/cable brake zwitter was totally rotten. Maybe yours is janky too? Help me support my builds and replace a worn out obsolete part on yours in the process, win/win!
As far as I can tell the same part is used on both cable brake and hydro brake bugs through at least 55 per the Bentley manual, and perhaps a lot longer on cable brake cars. Probably less of a wear item for hydro brake cars, but at this point they are all nearly 65 years old so it might be handy to have a spare.
Black oxide coated as I assume they would have been originally.
