-= Technically shouldn't be run on the public roads, but depending on your locality you can title and register it as a Beetle as it has a legit VIN on the pan. It is not a trike, therefore not a reconstructed vehicle... at least that's the way Florida sees it.
-= All it needs is is lighting and put some good street tires on it, and it may be street-legal. Check your local laws for more information.
