Custom hand made turbo oil scavenge pump for low mounted turbos with a custom full flow adapter.
This is a stock rebuilt VW 26mm dished cam main oil pump and rebuilt VW auto stick oil pump with new seals/gaskets, for dual relief case. I can also provide this setup with a new Shadek 26mm or 30mm flat 3 bolt cam pump for an extra $40
The pump inlet port 15mm, outlet port 12mm. it has a custom made 6013* aluminum full flow intermediate plate providing a 3/8" NPT oil outlet port for your full flow system. the original pump outlet has a 1/4" NPT plug, or you can plug the case. there is a support bearing and mechanical seal for the scavenge pump shaft.
*6013 aluminum has increased strength over 6061 and is comparable to high-strength 7075 aluminum.
The secondary 10mm pump can be used as a turbo oil scavenge pump by connecting the turbo oil drain to the inlet and connecting the outlet to a return line back into the sump. the 10mm gears flow 1.2GPM at 2400 RPM, more at higher RPM and less at lower RPM. it will flow more than enough oil for any turbo either journal bearing or ball bearing, even twin turbos. it is recommended to have a mini oil drain sump on the turbo outlet with a vent to allow the pump to flow freely with varying amounts of oil draining from the turbo. the suction line to the pump is then connected to the mini sump.
This pump setup will also require the use of a 5 1/4" power pulley and a 10x825mm belt or smaller for clearance like the ones below:

it includes 6AN inlet/4An outlet metric to AN fittings, longer studs. just remove the old pump, install the studs, slide in the new pump assembly, and run the lines.
