SCAT C55 Type 1 Camshaft, CLEARANCED, 1.25 and 1.4 Rockers, 20007C is designed for 1.25-1.4 rockers, and it's specs are .410" Cam Lift, .513"/1.25 and .574/1.4 Rockers) 310 degrees of advertised duration, and 271 degrees of duration at .050", on a 108 LC.
SCAT camshafts have been around seemingly FOREVER, but there is a reason for that (their grinds work well!). While not as State Of The Art as a Web-Cam or a newer FK Series Engle, these are great for the enthusiast that has to watch his pennies!
This cam is similar to the Engle FK10 or Web-Cam 86C, you are way beyond "Pretending" you have a serious engine, you absolutely MUST have dual 44s or larger carburetion, along with big valves, quality porting, and a healthy exhaust too!
This cam requires HD DUAL Springs and Bolt On Rocker Shafts, and will work with 1.25 rockers, but works best with 1.4 rockers lifting nearly .600"! The more carburetion and head work the better! This cam loves a Compression Ratio of at least 10:1, and has a Power band is from 4500 to 7000, which means you probably need transmission gearing too!
This cam is known as a "3 Bolt" cam, compatible with "early" oil pumps. The oil pump MUST be compatible with the engine case, and the camshaft, for proper engine lubrication!
This cam is clearanced to clear all crankshaft strokes!
