BHW engine code.
The PD130/150s are the "big blocks" of the TDI world. Stronger engine blocks with more webbing. Larger crankshafts. Bigger connecting rods. These are stout enough to handle ~250hp on stock internals.
Fully "Dressed" engine. Complete valve cover to oil pan. 4x Injectors. Injector valve train. Intake manifold. EGR and EGR cooler units. Exhaust manifold and turbo. Tandem pump. Engine accessory bracket, alternator, PS pump. MAF. Both LT and RT engine mounts. Full engine wire harness. Matched: ECU, Speedo cluster, key and ignition switch.
Comes with a factory VNT17 turbo. Larger injectors. With ECU tuning, these can easily achieve 150/160hp possibly more.
Complete swap. Complete engine. Engine wire harness. ECU. Instrument cluster. Key.
The engine runs EXCELLENT. It starts great cold or hot. I have cold start videos I can send to interested parties. I ran a VCDS scan of the ECM before removal. No active or historic codes.
