Our 1991 Westfalia has been in our family for 15 years and is in excellent condition. It drives exceptionally well and is extremely clean. It is equipped with a 2.1L flat-four-cylinder engine that is paired with a 3-speed automatic transaxle. It has swivelling front captain chairs, a kitchenette that includes a sink, gas stove, cabinetry and two fold-out tables. Additionally, the van features a new pop-top camper tent, and connections for 110-volt power and water. The van comes with an extendable awning, a rear tow hitch with 2” receiver, and brand-new all season tires. The van has an alarm, power windows and locks.
The grey cloth interior has a fold-out sleeper bench and a host of amenities, including storage compartments, privacy curtains, an auxiliary battery, and an upgraded 12v Shurflo faucet.
All gauges and accessories work exceptionally well except for the air conditioning unit.
There are some imperfections including some rock chips/scratches. The van was not winter driven – it was in covered storage during the winter months.
The van is regularly maintained and had various GoWesty upgrades. Upgrades include: 16” alloy wheels, automatic transaxle external cooler kit, stainless steel coolant pipe set, front and rear coil springs, pop-up tent, upper control arm bushings and a gear reduction starter. The van has approximately 256k kilometers (159k miles).
