I have had this bus for over 10 years, I originally bought it up in Oregon where the previous owner had taken this bus (maybe from a field find) and brought it back to life mechanically.
I drove it down from Oregon and have taken many trips in this bus.
Mechanically it is pretty sound (and and getting new brakes soon); the transmission is noisy and has always been that way. The interior walls have been covered with sound deadening panels and insulated, then covered in maple ply.
It currently has about 26,000 miles on the most recent engine; and the paint is only a few years old- it has alway been under a cover or garaged.
The interior is decent, the back seat folds down into a bed and had a couple fold out tables it it. It is equipped with an auxiliary battery and inverter that runs the lights, a hidden blue tooth sounds system, and anything you want to plug in. This battery is charged up when you drive or it can be plugged in and charged when at home or what not.
It also has a water tank in a cabinet that can be filled and pumped out with a sprayer in the back so that water is available.
Safari windows!
