Up for grabs is what was once a Sea Blue/ White 66 walk through bus. The story goes like this….
- Old School local Smoke shop owner got her hubby (auto body guy) to find a split bus to be used as a display in the shop. The issue…. The store front only a std door frame to get it through. The solution, make a cut….. Twice.
This is cut lengthwise and widthwise, down the middle w/ what appears to be a torch. He cut the middle gutters so the front rear roofs can overlap, allowing to adjust the ‘ shortness’. My initial thought…. Perfect shorty bus!
Pros
Has the key for doors (prob match the ignition)
2 side pop outs, speedo, lights,
Doors are complete, clean and rust free
Nose emblem
Front bumper
4 correct wheels w tires
Rear hatch, and decklid
Pocket sized pieces!
I have the mounts if you wanted to turn it back into wall art, shop prop, food truck base, whatever.
Cons.
Obvy…. Its cut up
No rear torsions, cut off after rear frame would connect to it
No front beam/ suspension
Some rust on outriggers, but a lot less than the typical NE bus, since it been inside for 30+ years etc
Yes...... Id part it out if I can get buyers for the sections.
