I think the hard plastic small small spline is correct for 1974.5 to mid or early 77? But will fit through 1979.
Small spline hard plastic steering wheel with NO cracks. Does have a lot of dings and scratches from a rough shelf life prior to me acquiring it. I would use as is but it would also be an easy restoration if you choose to do it. I tried to show in the pics, look closely. Finger grooves are not worn. Surface not worn except the dings and scratches.
