We only have a few sets of these pristine NOS SWF VW lenses. We can put them into D or F series semaphores. We also have NOS SWF logo lenses and many good used lenses.

• First, we strive to start with only the best premium used semaphores. You can be sure of high quality parts from the lenses, arms, bodies and coils. We do not cover up garbage. Occasionally we have a budget set of semaphores for sale and are upfront about any imperfections.
• Second, all work is done by me personally except for bead blasting and painting arms and plating the bodies and pistons.
• Once semaphores are disassembled we:
--Plate pistons in hard nickel except if they are in NOS condition.
--Plate the bodies in clear cadmium
--Clean the solenoids, recover them in cotton and then treat the cotton with multiple layers of clear electrical lacquer. We spend more time on the coils than most others spend on a full restoration. They will not shrink or fall off.
--Clean and polish the lenses by hand and use only original lenses.
--Install new springs on SWF semaphores, the return spring that winds around the hinge pin is made by hand in stainless steel wire as is the large U shaped retainer spring for the pin upon which the piston linkage pivots. The spring from the hook end of the piston linkage to underside of the arm is also new.
