NOS Formuling France adapter Price: $75 Shipped

NOS Formuling France steering wheel adapter. Not sure of the exact application, but I know it's for a VW. Inside shaft diameter is approximately 17mm and has 40 splines.
Unfortunately the horn button pad has crumbled away like every other one on the planet.
I bought this over 30 years ago
