Up for swapsies is this lovely car.
It’s a complete car that will need a mechanical overhaul..
The engine (1.6 FI) turns freely and will need going over but I’m confident this will be a good motor, it has a man auto gearbox which feels firm.
All the welding has been done with the exception of some holes under the drivers seat which I can fit a new piece if needed.
It had a few missing bits which I’ve sourced since.
The interior will need new covers, the headliner has a few small rips but overall in good condition.
It has a great patina & good bumpers
I bought this with the idea to turn it into my daily driver but the interest has gradually faded to the point where it’s just collecting dust - I’m a bus guy!
I’m not particularly interested to sell but looking to swap with an early bus (preferably pre ‘67) project big or small I’ll consider anything as long as it’s salvageable.
I have a set of turbine wheels or staggered set of M.A.G. Industries I could add for the right deal.
It’s has papers and has been imported from the US into Belgium (E705)
