Here is a Barndoor Bus (50-55) wiper motor conversion bracket kit.
This bracket kit is designed to allow you to replace the original Barndoor style wiper motor with a later bus SWF wiper motor. The benefit of this , aside from limited sources of a good operational Barndoor motor (that to my knowledge cannot be easily converted to 12v) , is that you can now convert to 12 volt with ease rather than using a voltage drop to use old worn out , slow 6volt motors on your 12v converted Barndoor.
Locate a new or good rebuildable 6v BUS motor(55-64) and get a new 12v armature to convert the motor to 12v then install the assembly with this bracket and put in place of the original motor.

The area is a very snug fit and can be a challenge/puzzle to get it all in place but it can be done without alterations.
This is designed for using the early spade style 2 terminal 55-64 bus motors.
These motors also have the long ovalized shaft with removable linkage bracket.

I cannot vouch that any other motors would work with this set up so purchase at your own risk.
The kit includes the bracket, new M6 bolts, vibration pad and rubber washers along with steel washers. All seen in photos.
