These Baja Bug Low Mount Side Bars are made by EMPI and mount to the running board mounts across the bottom. There is an upper mount that attaches to the quarter panel just behind the door where drilling will be needed. But they come pre-drilled and are a straightforward installation.
Some trimming of body panels may be required, depending on your vehicle. Sent out raw, no paint.
