[WTB] EMPI Boring Tool Manual & Tool Parts Price: YTM

I am looking for a a few items missing out of my vintage EMPI Engine Case & Cylinder Head Boring Tool kit.

1. Technical Manual for EMPI Engine Case & Cylinder Head Boring Tool
2. #5 Distance Tubes, all 3 sizes
3. #7 Adapter Plate
4. #11 Tap Wrench

Any help on acquiring the above list would be greatly appreciated. If you have one piece or a complete one of these tool kits please let me know. I am interested. If you have a set & can help me with pictures & dimensions of any of the pieces I am missing that would also be great.

I am also looking for any other vintage EMPI tools.
