Mostly Original 1963 Turkis Single Cab Price: 23K obo

Mostly original paint 1963 Turkis Single Cab with dual treasure chests. Was used as a farm truck by Dalton chicken farm and have maintenance records for the first 21k miles. Bus is complete and running. Bus has rust and can show more pics of rusty areas on demand. Has original rubbers, so that contributed to rust issues. Rust in all the places you would think, floor both sides, dog leg, etc. Original upholstery and horsehair padding with original factory inspection sticker. Original speedo 24k miles showing, who knows how many times it's turned over. The good:
1. Mostly original paint except for touchup on front windscreens by 3rd owner and new rubbers
2. Comes with original bus manual, maintenance book, gas tank cover, church key and business card from original farm owner.
3. New tires on original rims ($700)
4. Extras are new WCM rubber kit part# MK-221-006, Master Exterior Rubber Kit ($700)
5. Local custom made roof rack ($400)
6. Original VW glass all around including wind screens
The needs:
1. Old 1200 hp engine (not original) has a little oil leak.
2. Electrical needs gone through in front, left turn signal doesn't work
3. Adjustment to steering box
4. Brakes need a bleed and test
5. Rust in multiple locations. Have original spare bed pieces, but no funky green panels
