Complete blueprinted and balanced rebuilt 36 HP Engine by Ray Valero, an industry veteran. All new German main bearing and rod bearings and cam shaft bearings from Wolfsburg West. All fresh seals, push rods, oil pump, and cam shaft. Original pic 28 carburetor along with original OEM distributor rebuilt by Ed Fall in Utah. Rebuilt 6V generator by Boyles in Auburn CA. New German fuel pump along with fuel lines. New 6V ignition coil. Powder coated cooling fan. Resurfaced flywheel by Napa Machine shop. All Engine tin powder coated mat black along with all exhaust parts ceramic coated by Jet Hot in South Carolina. Original motor out of my 1959 Type 2. Turn key and ready to install in your vintage air-cooled VW. The motor has been properly broken in according to VW recommended procedure with high Zinc break-in motor oil. Oil changed to AMS 20-50 conventional oil with a synthetic additive following break in. Email or call with questions.
