Beautiful Type 181 in excellent condition. It isn't a perfect 10 out 10 but very close. Definitely a 9!
I am only the 3rd owner. First owner had it for 48 years and I believe did most of the work maintaining and bringing it back to it's current condition. I have only had it since November 2024 and as much as I LOVE this car, it just doesn't make sense for me to have a car I barely drive. I love these cars so much and this is my 3rd one.
It really needs nothing. Top and windows are excellent and has top boot which looks great when it is down. This car has as a lot of new parts. New motor and transmission mounts were put on and and brakes and shocks replaced in 2024 prior to my purchase. Tires are about 4 years old, but have virtually no wear on them since the car wasn't driven very much. The gas tank and sending unit look new and the steering box and coupler have also definitely been replaced. I do not know if the heater works or not because it currently is not completely hooked up. The fan works when you turn it on, but the fuel line was not reconnected when I suspect they changed the gas tank. All the parts are there though.

Adjusted valves, timing, and oil about a month ago.
It also comes with the front brush guard but I did not like the way it looked so I took it off.
I will better update this ad when I have a moment at home, complete with better pictures. I just had these on my phone. This ad only allows for 9 pictures but after we begin communication I will share anything you would like to see.
Not a strong desire to sell this car so I will not be doing a lot of haggling over the price as I am more than happy to keep it, especially over the spring, summer and fall months ahead.
