1979 Volkswagen Type 2 Transporter Camper, 2.0L 1970 CC H4. For sale by owner. This VW pop up camper is in great condition inside and out. I purchased the camper aprox. 18 years ago with a rebuilt Porsche engine that had 5000 mi. on it. The odometer does not work but it has only been used for camping in Colorado and Utah, no long trips. Regular Oil changes and maintenance, 2 new batteries, new tires, recent tune up and oil change. The entire van was re-painted 10 years ago with the original color (tan), it had a little rust then which was fixed when it was painted, very little has come back. We also replaced the front seat covers, and the roof top canvas, dash is in great condition as is rest of the upholstery. I love this van and it is hard to sell but I am not using it like I used to and would like to see someone enjoy it. No trade offers please.
