1974 VW Thing Type 181 - 44K Miles Hard Top Price: $11900
|
This is a '74 Thing with 44K original miles. Has recently had the front end redone and the engine gone over. Runs well, previous owner had replaced the door pillar so primer is over the weld.
Has some minor rust on the original paint, most visible on the hinges for the windshield. A couple of minor dings and dents. If I were keeping it I would clean it up and color match the paint for the primered areas and replace the stickers, but I'm looking to thin my fleet a bit.
One small hole in the floor - otherwise solid everywhere. Interior in good condition, comes with hard top.
