Package deal! 1987 Syncro and 10' wooden boat Price: $27000

This is my own personal van currently insured, titled, and registered in my name. It is in very good condition with just one small dent on the left rear above the bumper and a slight tweak on the rear bumper.
The Westfalia roof has been professionally installed exactly how the factory did them. The rear side windows have been welded over to give it a smooth look and more privacy. There is just under 100K miles on the van. It runs and drives very well. It is very smooth and tight feeling, no "Syncro vibration". The interior could use some work (seats and dash are all good, the rear side could use some work). I will be replacing the entire exhaust with a complete new system before selling.
The boat is a 10' Glen-L Squirt that was built in 2021 with a 2022 Suzuki 20hp. There is VERY low hours on the motor, maybe 3-4 I'd guess. The boat looks and works great but because it is wood it should be taken out of the water and put away from the weather to keep it looking like this. I always put it right in my garage after each use.
