1986 Vanagon Syncro Westfalia Weekender Price: 36500.00
|
Up for sale is our 1986 Volkswagen Vanagon Syncro Westfalia camper with a Bostig engine conversion (Ford Zetec). This is a factory Westfalia Wolfsburg Vanagon, so it is the Weekender pop top factory camper. We have owned this Syncro since May of 2010. It lived previously in Arkansas and Colorado so I do not believe it has ever seen road salt and has always been garaged while in our care. It has had many upgrades over the years and is ready to go cross country or across town.

-15" Rhein South African Wheels, w/ full sizesteel wheel underneath in the clamshell
-Fiamma F45 TI awning
-Factory Weekender fridge in working condition (top is no longer attached to fridge but still latches)
-Eurocampers deluxe windshield cover w/ screens for camping
-full set of factory curtains (curtain behind rear cabinet has been patched/sewn due to damage from previous owner)
-3 screen acrylic pop top canvas
-Pop top shocks
It runs and drives great. Everything is functional and working as expected. Not a show car but. presents very well, and is a clean example or a good looking vehicle you can actually use and enjoy. We were in an accident in 2011 (no frame damage) and the front nose and drivers door were replaced. It has been all over the midwest and Colorado, and to the northeast and back multiple times.
Looking to sell outright or would consider trades for VW split window busses or VW double cabs.
