1986 Volkswagen Vanagon
* rust repaired and vehicle repainted in 2019
* engine replaced in 2019 with Wasserboxer water-cooled engine from 1986 at ~104k miles
* transmission rebuilt in 2020 by AA Transaxle in Washington

I travelled in this car from New York to Vancouver and all across the US several times. It is ready to camp in, there is a great set of drawers built by Drifta in Australia and shipped to Canada where I got them installed. There is a fridge slide and a place to put a mattress, a second battery and an inverter to charge your electronics.
