1965 SO42 Walkthrough - lovingly restored and upgraded.
I built this bus with the intention of never selling it. The vision was to make a split window camper that you could drive across the country, present at a show, and be comfortable getting to remote campsites. I've driven it tens of thousands of miles and it has been super reliable. It more than keeps up with traffic and looks amazing...
Originally a tourist delivery to Gibraltar. Special ordered in Blue White over Sea Blue - a 1965-only color combination. I found it in Colorado and spent 3 years restoring it at Kustom Coach Werks in Grand Junction.

- 2110cc engine with Redline 44 Weber IDF carburetors
- Full-flow oil cooling system with aux oil cooler and fan

- Transaxle rebuilt with 3.44 and .89 ring and pinion - cruises 65mph at 3k rpm
- Rebuilt steering box
- Reduction boxes rebuilt with high end components
- Old Speed front disc brakes
- Custom lifted adjustable front beam, new tie rod ends, bushings, etc.

- Optima red top battery
- BF Goodrich KO2 tires (215/75/15)
