Selling my 1973 Porsche 914. Very solid example of a solid California Porsche with no indications of any accidents or rust. All door and hood gaps are nice and consistent. Porsche was painted it's factory original color L96D silver metallic in October of 2022 two stage Matrix paint. Door jams, under hood and trunk compartments were preped and painted as well. Solid battery (hell hole) tray area, all original never repaired.
All interior vinyl padding is in great condition, no cracks throughout including the rear targa bar pad. New German salt and pepper carpet. Car has many original unrestored parts including it's original leather wrapped steering wheel and center console in fantastic condition.
All electrical lights, horn, tail lights, side markers, fog lights and license plate lights are in good working condition.
All four brake caliper's are restored by the best in the business PMB Performance. Master cylinder was upgraded to the Porsche 911 19mm ATE new unit. New Porterfield performance brake pads. All four new PMB Performance steel braided Performance brake lines. Porsche has five factory original Fuch wheels wrapped with new Kumho Solus TA51a 195/60 R15 sport tires.
Engine has been completely rebuilt with new 96mm pistons and cylinders, rebuilt Car Craft heads, case lined bored by European motor works, Web performance cam, new main bearings, rod bearings and cam bearings. Polished 71mm crankshaft makes thus motor a 2056cc. New dual 40mm carburetors. Engine runs and Performs perfectly. All engine sheet metal was powdercoated in 20% satin black. Factory original 2.0 heat exchangers and banana muffler are powder coated as well.
Transmission was rebuilt with all new seals, and shift perfectly.
Car has it's Original factory metal (not fiberglass) front valance, rear and side rocker panels.
Some of the polished aluminum molding is new, and some has been polished re anodized.
Pan is in beautiful condition without rust. I left the pan uncoated, Car retains its factory pan coating.
Bothe bumpers have been triple chromed to showroom condition by D&R in Los Angeles California.
VDO clock does not work. I can hear the motor run, but does not keep time.
I have a clean California title in my name.
