Made in the USA and machined from T6 grade aluminum. PDP crankshaft pulley kits use a two peace Sand Seal crank shaft pulley design with a 4340 chromoly steel black zinc plated hub. The chromoly hub allows for superior strength over weak single piece aluminum pulleys. Every PDP crankshaft pulley has CNC engraved timing marks for extreme accuracy. The T6 grade billet aluminum alternator pulley uses standard VW pulley shims for adjustment and includes a 7/8" billet pulley nut. Each PDP pulley kit includes a extra long 1/2" broached stainless steel crank pulley bolt, heavy duty fan belt, sand seal assembly and alternator shim pack. These come in Aluminum or Black.
