I've done strictly Aircooled Volkswagen restorations and suspension work full time since '04, not some side work afterthought like some other folks, or sprinkling them in with a mix of other cars...
This ad is for my bring it in stock, take it home dropped service. I can do a raised/offroad setup too!
This is everything you need NEW and including the labor costs to install it all. Bring your car in stock, take it home lowered the correct way!
I can do anything from a mild drop all the way to laying on the ground. Any 39-79 Volkswagen, except Type 4.
All of the installed are either New or completely sandblasted and restored OE parts.
Type 1 Beetle's, Ghia's start at $2k static/adjustable and turn key air ride builds starting at $4k
Type 2's Start at $3k for static/adjustable drop.
Type 3 - $2,500 for type I conversion static/adjustable drop.
**These costs are you dropping your car off stock and I take care of the rest...before wheels, tires and brakes.*
*** Type 1 and 3 setups include the following items, Installed! ***
- 100% New Narrowed beam, any size you like
- My in house made, Valle-Tec Beam bushings.
- New tie-rods and ends, narrowed to match.
- Adjusted and oiled steering box.
- Correctly narrowed and dimpled torsion springs to match.
- New steering coupler and damper.
- New Forged Dropped Spindles. New Kings/Links are also included for your pre-65
- New lowered ball joints ( If you have a 66+ VW)
- New Rear torsion bar bushings, inner and outer, Wolfsburg West
- New Lowered rear oil shocks
- New Wolfsburg West transmission mounts
- Notched and Extended spring plates
- Everything cleaned up, painted and necessary parts lubed/ greased up.
- All parts and labor included at this flat rate
I can also get you four new tires, for a bit more. For BJ cars I prefer the 135/165 combo, for LP cars I like a 155/60 and a 185/60 or so.. But there are other options and really it's whatever you prefer/ depends on your final ride height.

-- Super beetle's can also be done with the same work, but dropped struts from Topline will be used instead of beam/spindles.
**Buses**
Each Kit Includes the Following Items, Installed!
- New Narrowed Beam, whatever size you like
- New center pin and bushing
- New Tie-rods with four new ends
- New Draglink
- Raised steering box kit and install ( If desired, +$400 )
- New Shift coupler
- New shift rod bushings
- New rear torsion housing bushings
- Wolfsburg West transaxle mounts
- Fresh Dropped Spindles ( Kp & Lp replacement may be extra)
- New Shocks
- Offset spring plates (or plates on your baywindow)
* Brake work or other additional work/parts are extra. This flat rate covers the complete suspension only *
