Semaphore Controller for 12V or 6V Semaphores VW Price: $245

The SEMAPHORE CONTROLLER is designed to automatically control semaphores with flashing turn signals. The Semaphore Controller detects the flashing turn signal and activates the semaphore. The semaphore is automatically lowered a few seconds after the turn signal stops. The stock 6 Volt bulb in the semaphore will stay on as long as the semaphore is up.
The Semaphore lights can be rewired to flash with the turn signal lights. The 6 Volt bulb in the semaphore can be changed to a 12 Volt bulb and wired to the front turn signal bulb to make it flash. This modification requires adding a wire form the 12 Volt semaphore bulb to the front turn signal bulb. Another option would use the existing dash to semaphore wire to go between the 12 Volt semaphore bulb and the front turn signal bulb.
Specify 6 or 12 Volt controller.
The 12 Volt Semaphore Controller will operate with a 12 Volt electrical system and 12 Volt Semaphores. With the 12 Volt to 6 Volt option, 6 Volt semaphores can be used in a 12 Volt system.

Wayne also built me a one of a kind custom semaphore controller that works with a six wire turn switch and allows the 6V semaphore to stay up while the 12V bulb flashes with the tail lights. Wayne is a serious engineer and a nice guy too. i took personal delivery of the controllers so Wayne could give me a demo and test my semaphores with the box, which worked perfectly. thanks again Wayne.

Wayne, I received the controller and wired it up per the wiring diagram. It works great, and the semaphores come on perfectly.
I mounted the controller to a mounting bracket I made from 0.06 aluminum sheet. This bracket mounts the unit over the ashtray, and also mounts the flasher and a wiring junction block. It is a great spot for it, since I do not have a radio installed. I have attached a photo of the installation, and the semaphores working!
