This Ad is for the up to Aug 1 1957 RHD Split/Oval window bug pedal assembly's Right hand drive Pans. Please Verify your pan is pre Aug 1 1957.

All work is 100% Guaranteed. I will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want/need, Whether it is a concourse restoration or full custom build, your satisfaction is my top priority.

Exchange = I can trade you, IF I have one ready or I can Rebuild Yours. Price includes rebuild of YOUR Roller Pedal, Brake Push rod, and Stop & Support Plates.

I have been a professional Mechanic/Machinist for 30 years.

I completely tear down the Pedal cluster, throw away the old bushings then Clean, Inspect, Bead blast all the parts. Only good serviceable parts will be reused.

Then I hand make Brand New Solid Bronze (oil impregnated) bushings, to replace all 4 of the bushings (2 for the clutch shaft and 2 for the brake shaft) these are far superior to the factory split ones that are unavailable anyways ( NOS $$$$ somewhere??). then I install them into their housings,(Clutch shaft and Brake shaft are Polished.) then reamed to exact tolerances. there will be no more "sloppy worn out" pedal play like you have now. '

Pedals are reassemblied to factory specs including setting brake, clutch "side play"

All parts are powdercoated Gloss Black, except for the aluminum base it will be glass beaded and remain unpainted unless requested at time of ordering the base can be spray painted to match. (or I can spray paint all parts for a "concourse restoration".) then the parts are assembled with grease, than the assembly is greased through the factory Zerk fitting and ready to install.

You will get new Pedal pads Small logo (large logo add $20) .

Shipping to the U.S. is $20

See my other ads for other years including late "bullet Proof Pedals" & LHD

Trade's considered, I am restoring a 55' sedan/ 59 single cab, Big valve heads, Oval Glove box, Oval pop outs, split bus front disc brakes, oval bug 4 tab/5 bolt hood, split bus brake parts. New 40/44 IDF Webers

Thank You, Scott
