Nice!

What „glue“ do you use?

Welding looks better, i don’t want to do some teaching here to anyone, but may turn up the amps at the welder and of corse more wire, you should listen the welder - not brtbrtbrt, so chhhhhhhhhht to make flatter welds, you would see they are stronger, easyer to weld and you not need to grind that much!

some more parts back from the blaster
the doors are perfect except minor holes on the bottom
upper door hingepins have to be replaced too

these are the last two spots that need welding on the body, there were some pinholes because of the sandblasting

i had to find out how to make the safari recess in the upper windshield frame next

first i marked the metal left and right with a sharpie where the hinge is, window
centered

then, using a dremel with a tiny cutoff disc i cut 10mm outward of these marks

and welded shut. i used a mini abrasive disc and a rotary file (the one i port my heads with) to even out these
