Some good looking progress! I guessed my way to the same way to repair an original glovebox as you and Ghiagirl - I like the colour of the flock you used, is that to go with the final paint colour?

I notice your car has two metal tubes that run through the sill - what runs through the second one, or does the wiring loom split in two on really early cars?

Hi Dave, still not sure of the color of the car. I just wanted a tanish glove box interior so it wouldn't be so dark inside like my black fiberglass repop. Belive it or not, it's hard to find just the right color in flocking.

I asked Jason to run a second conduit for additional wires for all the accessories and for the O2 sensor for the AFR gauge. It was all previously run up and over the passenger side roof. Once it gets a headliner installed, I won't have access to the roof channel anymore. Since we had the rockers off and access, why not run a second conduit next to the factory one.

Got the inner rocker panel welded in and final fit and tacked in a few more exterior panels in preparation for my son to come behind me and melt them in. 😎👊
