Hello I am assembling a lowlight vert and the holes on top of the doors that the door molding clips into have been closed up. If anyone has a measurement of the holes with a picture that would be awesome. Also if anyone knows what size brass screws where originally used for the trim to clip in. Thanks

ConcreteAce: Did you have any success installing the top door chrome trim on your early Ghia? It can be a challenge. I just did my driver's door yesterday. Not many posts about it on the Samba. I'm preparing a post with photos to help explain the process and procedures I took to get it done.

I have everything together at this point, all that is left is the trim. been planning to make a trip to the hardware store to find screws small enough to fit in the trim.
