...it's actually what I like to call a "custom mixed" colour I came up with in my garage trying to achieve something like a stock hue. In person it most resembles L11 Pastel Green though it tends to vary a bit depending on light conditions.

It looks nice with the contrasting green rims. _________________ My name's Steve and it's pronounced "Bust 'em" (cuz people think I'm Tom)

My '77 was originally Viper Green metallic (L96N per Wolfsburg West's color chart number), but the PO repainted it a reasonably close early '70's Chevy green. I've seen this color on Camaro and even Vega. I added narrow and wide steel wheels painted in '69 2-tone ivory and black. This is at a "muffler man" in Elmsford, New York right next to the Cross-Westchester Expressway/I-287. Gas prices have risen somewhat since the 2020 photo.

This was supposed to be a parts car but it seems someone has become attached to it. _________________ '60 Canadian Standard, '64 Bug, '66 Bug, '66 Bus, '69 Sunroof Bug, '71 Super, '72 Super, '73 Canadian Custom, '73 Super, '74 Love Bug, '83 Mexi Bug, '94 Mexi Bug, '99 New Beetle, '02 New Beetle Turbo S. I know it’s not much to see but 56 jungle green, repainted black so long ago the owner doesn’t remember doing it. Needs some love though. _________________ Looking for anything from Hal Casey Motors out of Hamburg New York, from license plate surrounds to matchbooks.
