in case anyone is curious:

Dauerwurst, means a sausage that will keep without refrigeration. or as americans will call it: raw meat.

salted, smoked, air dried, etc.

Summer sausage is similar.

Weird Bus, looks German but 4-lug wheels so maybe a bit hacked together over the years?

It looks like there's a die-cast model that is similar but it's a 23-Window:
