Judging by some other non-Bay Window low mileage VWs I've driven, probably unbelievably nice.

I once owned a 65 single cab that had 19K miles on it. Not the original engine, but it was amazingly nice to drive. Technically, it was my first split bus. I forgot about that one, since it happened in 1991.
