				| Here's my '72 Squareback. '72 Vega front bumper, pre-70 Type 3 rear bumper,
'67 Mercedes low-back seats, Guide s-18 spotlights with
 mirrors.
Terrible, faded purple paint with hand-painted flames
-soon to be repainted all black satin
and weird tail-lights that I made by grafting in '53 Ford
lenses...kind of for a '56 Ford Ranch wagon look.
 FI, Automatic
Is it a rat? sort of....

				| To answer about my exhaust:I'm not sure what sort it is...looks custom made and was already on the car when I bought it 3 years ago; it sounds nice and low.
Where in Kitsap am I?:I'm in Bremerton, haven't seen you around either! Nice Buick, I have had a couple of 1960 Buicks in the past....gotta love nailheads.

				| thanks, but I don't get all the credit. I mostly bought it this way. I have made minor changes/additions. I want to get rid of the franken sunroof and put in a white ragtop. I almost hate to paint it. I should just seal it and leave it alone. _________________

 Here's mine, the black & red 71:

The Mid engine car belongs to SuicideRN, he usually posts here, but I haven't seen him in awhile. He's also on www.volksrods.com, and has been to the Route 66 Rendevous as well.

Holy crap! I thought I was the only one with that exhaust system! DAMMIT! In case you're wondering what it is (assuming it the same as mine) it's an Empi "tuck-away" beetle exhaust modified to fit on a bugpack header.
I cut the tailpipes short after the muffler and re-welded them back on at a 45 degree angle (roughly) so they exit out just outside the apron. Sounds BAD ASS and looks good too.
Oh, and cool car by the way!

Reminds me of my old 70 Square though. _________________
