Never had a solid answer on this. What year's did they
factory two tone the convertible beetle's? and what are all the color combo's that were factory? |

This is obviously the split era. did they factory two tone any oval era
verts?

I have a 10/1955 Salesmans manual, and it lists option M903 as "Special finish of side panels - Convertible ONLY".
To me this indicates it was available for the 1956 model year as an option. _________________ ( ⫏ ⫐ )

Just received my birth certificate. Another Dolphin Grey Dark/Dolphin Grey light may of 1955 convertible confirmed. _________________ '67 deluxe bus w/the little windows
'52 beetle
'55 convertible
'50-something convertible (*need ribbed 'vert quarter panel )
'63 "milo" beetle
