The confession is a nice nail in the coffin. Now hopefully the prosecutor will hold him fully accountable.
So he tried to throw someone innocent under the bus. Imagine that.  Honor among thieves...yeah, right. His name and rep are now mud in the PNW AC VW scene too.

I intend on contacting the detective to find out what happens from here for this dipshits future. I really do hope that he is dealt a healthy dose of justice through the court system because this was literally the ONE time that I didnt go through 'other channels' to get my stuff back and to exact another form of justice.
I am not suprised to hear that he tried some BS blaiming it on someone else. It sucks to hear that he tried to get Franklin's involved. They have always seemed like great people when i have met their crew.

Clarissa the owner of the PBD(pink box of death) Was a 'friend' of his and he stole a bunch of parts from her and wouldn't return them even when confronted by the whole community. Any update as to what happened at the arraignment?
My bet is that since he confessed, it will go straight to a sentance.

Not necessarily. Believe it or not, even an admission can get thrown out via a suppression hearing. His attorney just has to convice a judge it was gotten via some means that violated some convaluted law, right or due process. He could possibly get a court appointed defense attorney, plead "not guilty" and then his lawyer goes to work. Our system of justice is very confusing and slow. I sometimes think it favors the criminals more than anyone else.

I was contacted by the courts today about financial compensation for the money I spent buying my stolen property back... Also, my gas spent driving an hour each way (down and back-TWICE) and time loss from work. They did not give me specific info on the douchebag thief.

I haven't spoken to Jimmy in a little while and the whole case may not have gone to trial or plea yet.

well to be fair i'd never really get the posse together, i was just speaking out in anger. He did the right thing by getting the law involved, we don't need turds like this being able to vote and such, much less carry a weapon. a beat down wouldn't accomplish anything, and most likely wouldn't get your money back either.Wasn't serious just angry, has anyone heard what the sentence was? i doubt it went to trial..... i would like to know that he really did get his.

I got my first financial restitution check today. Kyle is required to pay back all the money I spent driving around, missed work, money spent buying back my swamp cooler, etc. ..... at $20 a month for the next two years.
I almost wish I had gotten that posse afterall. Oh well. I am on my way outa state. Where I am going, they take your whole danm car...

Nah, Jimmy. You did the right thing. To do it the other way would've put you on the wrong side IMO. You got your shit back, he's a felon for life and for the next two years (hopefully) you'll get beer money.
