Nick,
I was wondering about using E85 for the cooling effect so more boost could be run, however at DLI they seem in the dark about it.

Details please.

I don't have exact details on cooling for you because I'm in the middle of a new 2332 build and just converted to e85 for this year. However, I had my holley carb converted by a gentalman named Chris at classic motorsports(see link below) and he "guessed" head temps around 100deg cooler, at least thats what he see's in the v8 croud. If your looking for e85 answers, I've recomended him to people on another forum and they were very pleased with his knowledge. Check his site and give him a call I'm sure he can help. As for my setup, I should have it finished in the next month or so and have a dino lined up and will have more "real" data for you.

Any "real" data?
This post reminded me it's been nearly a year since I put my deposit down at DLI and I still don't have mine. Crying or Very sad

I saw that one, but just like 2 of the newer DLI kits with the Magnuson head that sold,
I have a deposit at DLI so my financial adviser (wife) would not ok the purchase.

Yours is a Magnacharger 110 CI MC110? That should put the boost to it!
I do have an MC80, same design just a little shorter.

I am missing the 3 pieces that couple the drive to the gear inside the front cover, and a pulley.
In this diagram that I found, it appears they are just allen head bolts (part#1 circled in red).
Have you had that one apart?
Can you verify if there is anything special about them, and if there is any kind of buffer between them and the shaft?

Also, do you know the proper procedure to dissasemble the blower itself?
I am aware that the rotor indexing will need to be retained when reassembled,
I just don't want to screw anything up taking it apart.

I wanted to go with the newer twisted rotor with abraded coating unit that DLI has been selling, but since DLI has not
been forth coming with their kit for 11 months now, I am just about to the point of trying to adapt the MC80.
